Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order. Please allow within 3 - 5 days working days to for your item to be shipped after the payment has been processed.​

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Kijewels is not responsible for any taxation/customs charges. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Orders:

West Malaysia - RM8 (takes up to 2 - 4 days)

East Malaysia - RM13 (takes up to 3 - 7 days)

International Orders:

All international orders will approximately take 5 to 7 days.

Singapore - RM20

Rest of South East Asia - RM80

Rest of the world - RM100

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging. Sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund.

As for the returns, shipping fees back to us will NOT be covered by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or not been send back in it’s original packaging, we are not obliged to take back the item(s).
